Sharing my experience with students is something that is close to my heart.

This is why I am currently offering VIOLIN JAZZ MASTERCLASSES to organizations that will commit to programming the album project “SOUFFLE.”

But who am I to offer jazz violin masterclasses like this?

Let’s say I know the subject.

I gave masterclasses in several festivals, notably in Italy (Torino jazz festival, Chamois festival, Perinaldo festival), in the Netherlands (Grappelli-Django Camp).

I became a lecturer at the Centre des Musiques Didier Lockwood (CMDL).

In 2016, I created the Blog LEARN JAZZ VIOLIN, which quickly became number 1 in French on Google…

I share a newsletter every week with my 3500 subscribers interested in learning jazz on the violin, and I regularly publish articles and educational videos …

The logical follow-up to this blog was obvious: I created my own jazz violin method, inspired by my mentors: Didier Lockwood and Pierre Blanchard.

Numbers speak better than words:

500,000 views on Youtube
4300 followers on Instagram
7000 followers on Facebook
3500 active subscribers in my newsletter…

Not bad for jazz violin…
No ?

My students come from all walks of life, of all ages, and from all over the world…

After the release of my first album “Inspirations,” I filled the concert halls and I felt that my presence on the Internet had a lot to do with it.

I met many students in clubs in Paris, but also during my concerts throughout France, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, etc…

Let me share some details:

I currently offer a FREE VIOLIN JAZZ MASTERCLASS in addition to any presentation of the “SOUFFLE” project.

This masterclass lasts 2 hours, and the number of participants accepted is unlimited.

The purpose of this conference is to awaken stringed instrumentalists (violin, viola, cello) to new horizons through improvisation.

This masterclass may also be of interest to other instrumentalists, because I talk a lot about jazz and improvisation in general, as well as the links I make between jazz and classical music.

I also offer jazz violin workshops over several days, with personalized follow-up for a small group of students. The conditions vary according to the number of workshop days desired and the timings of lessons.

The other instrumentalists on the “SOUFFLE” album can also give piano, double bass, drums, percussion and saxophone masterclasses, as well as workshops over several days. The conditions are to be discussed on a case-by-case basis for these specific offerings.

ONLINE JAZZ VIOLIN LESSONS

In the COVID situation we are currently in, it is not always easy to travel to do a MASTERCLASS… So I created group jazz violin lessons online!

In the meantime, here is my little presentation video, where I also talk about my background and the things I have accomplished in recent years:
